Through targeted interventions, Heart of Home Foundation has supported the enrollment and retention of over 850 out-of-school children, especially girls and children from economically disadvantaged households.

Our healthcare programs have reached more than 1,200 women and children, offering vital services and education on hygiene, nutrition, maternal health, and disease prevention. Teenage mothers, in particular, have found a safe space where they receive postnatal support and guidance to care for their children.

In our commitment to food security and women’s empowerment, our sustainable agriculture initiative has trained over 300 women and young people in climate-smart farming techniques. These individuals have established backyard gardens and small farms that not only feed their families but also generate income through local markets.

In times of disaster or sudden hardship, Heart of Home Foundation is on the ground providing immediate relief. Our crisis response efforts have served more than 700 individuals affected by emergencies such as flooding, fire outbreaks, and displacement. We provide essential supplies including food, clean water, clothing, hygiene kits, and psychosocial support. Beyond aid, we offer a human connection.
